Spotlights are direct lights, which focus on lighting small spot or area from farther distance. Compact design allows easy installation. Series FLSP-60 is available in all 14 vawelenghts, including 4 UV (365,385,395,405) and 3 IR (810, 850, 940). Very popular model provides homogenous conditions for barcode reading and typical vision controls. Another benefit of our spot light are different possible lenses (10°, 15° a 32°), which allows to chose best scenario for your inspection (depends on light working distance and required light area). The body is made of aluminium with passive cooling feature.

Spotlights with external lens are direct lights, based on our regular spot lights. However, thanks to the C-mount thread on the body, you can combine them with any C-mount lens. It allows you to focus the spot of light on the smallest possible area and use them from long distances. Powerful ring lights are typically used for applications which require direct illumination. Thanks to the variability provided by our interchangeable lenses you can use our ring lights from variable distance. Wide portfolio of colors with 14 different wavelengths provides the best possible match to your vision application. We will be happy to support you during specification of the proper ring light. Thanks to the center hole on the ring lights it allows easy mechanical integration, while you can install the lens of the camera inside of the ring.

Area lights provides unique capabilities for machine vision applications, which require homogenous illumination of the big areas and from further distances. Range of products offers 3 different sizes, each in 14 different wavelengths and with 3 different emission angles (30°, 60°or 90°). You can also configure the diffuser or choose the polarization glass. Possible flexible installation thanks to the 4x M6 holes from sides or 4x M6 top mounting holes.

Line lights LINE-85 are very universal and suits various applications. Wide portfolio of different wavelengths includes 4x UV (365, 385,395,405 nam) and 3x IR (810, 850, 940 nm) offers the best possible conditions for stability of the inspection. Thanks to our lenses (30°, 60° or standard 90°) , which can be installed on our line lights, helps you to even better fulfill requirements for external lighting. Line lights suits very well for Bright Field as well as Dark Field application, thanks to the DAFI-85 attachment. Mounting of the light is very easy thanks to 6x M3 holes.

Those lights are mostly used in the projects, which requires homogenous illumination for big field of view from farther distances. Typically for example guiding robot by vision system or Dark/Bright field for inspection on big field of view. And as on other types of lights, also for HILI series you can use lenses to adjust illumination angle and wide variability of colors, including 4 UV (365, 385, 395, 405) and 3 IR (810, 850, 940). Mounting is very simple and flexible, thanks to the holes with M6 thread, 4 of them located from back of the light and 6 on sides.

Backlights are also very popular for applications like surface (cracks) detection, checking the holes or inspection of transparent materials. Thanks to compact design and thin frame all around the body of backlight, it fits perfectly into the projects with limited installation options.
